Their staff is always friendly, helpful, and they always have someone on the floor who can point you in the right direction for whatever you're doing: carpentry/plumbing/painting/livestock. I do however find it a bit odd and counterintuitive they have an Anti-2A policy on their grounds. A hardware store in Northeast Texas is probably the last place on Earth I'd expect to not be allowed to protect myself, and I noticed it's company wide (their Bonham and Sulphur Springs stores have similar 2A restrictions posted) If not for that oddity this would rate 5 stars. Great store.
